What city should the next GTA game be set in?

Boston, Philadelphia, or Washington DC. Nice mix of modern and colonial structures in Philly and Boston, and I love the DC architecture. DC is also built on a swamp, so you could have swamp lands in surrounding areas to explore.
Please, no southern US cities again (Vegas, anywhere in Florida, New Orleans, etc). We just had that in GTA 5. I want to see a change of seasons rendered instead of just one season: HOT. The midwest winter scenes in GTA 5 were awesome. That's what I want to explore some more. The east coast has hurricanes in the late summer. That'd be fun to drive around in. -

I'd love to see one modeled on Chicago. I know Watch_Dogs is set in Chicago, and there are some places that are true to the city, but the surrounding suburbs being in mountainous terrain rather than a plains area really distracts for those who know what Chicago is really like.
Plus no Wrigleyville/Brownstones in WD's Chicago mapping, they missed out on a lot
I don't know if you're aware of this but I've already changed things. I killed Ben Linus.

I'd love that, being a Canadian, and there are plenty of interesting neighbourhoods to recreate (Jane & Finch, Regent Park, The Beaches, Kensington Market), but I don't think they'll commit to a major release not based on an American city.

Or how about Honolulu? GTA: Island City
It would great if it weren't for that fact that most GTA cities, regardless of which rendition, are already depicted as islands or groups of islands. However, maybe Island City would have a volcano that could be explored and where shootouts and car chases happen. -

It was almost 20 years ago now that this game came out, but they also did London in 1969. I wouldn't mind seeing that again.
Another possibility that hasn't been mentioned yet: Houston or the Dallas/Ft. Worth MetroPlex.
