I went out to get tamatoes and lettuce, I have chickan, some sausages, bacon, a few cans of tuna. I also have eggs too and could make poached egg pasta salada

No can do, im on a low purine diet due to gout. Eggs are low in puribe and 10g of protein, I take to much protein and don't use. It then crystalisies in my bloodstream.

hard boil the eggs and put them and the rest of the ingredients together and dress with whatever dressing u have. or don't and just watch all the food go bad.
