So much so that I ended up losing too much weight
You can get so satiated from eating fat that it becomes hard to get the daily calories you need to maintain or put on weight.
I didn't realise how quick my metabolism is (even at my age) until I did keto for just under a month. Kinda blew my mind.

Yeah, it comes back pretty quickly. I always just use keto as a
corrective
diet. Which means I like to go on it for 1 to 2 weeks if my standard diet has turned to ****.
