Why is cancer regarded as the worst disease?

Because we're selfish basically. I'm not going to get MS or Parkinson's since they are genetic disorders. Maybe I'll get Alzheimers, but I'll be super old then, so it's almost like a badge of honor. I don't think I'll get AIDS since I mainly top. With cancer, anyone can get it at any age. It kills kids, mayne. Fuck cancer.

Yes, cancer is more prevalent and can get anyone at any age, but I would rather battle cancer than a disease that I know will eventually kill me regardless of what I do. Fuck dat sheit, mayne.
Also, I think Alzheimer’s is the most likely to be passed down through genetics. I knew a whole family that got the disease, the youngest being 54
I will probably get AIDS, being a bottom. -

Sure, some diseases are scarier than cancer, but that is if you have them. To a healthy individual, cancer is what you fear most. It's always lurking, always waiting. Much more common. Shit, you probably got cancer right now. Peace be with you, my brother.

Because of the high prevalence over other diseases, the number of types and strains which can affect basically any part of your body, and how it can metastasize and shift to other parts of you body. It’s a very cruel disease.
If you can’t say something nice, say something clever but devastating. -

It actually is. Because of the various strains, types and mutations, some cancers can only be managed, not cured. And some you will just die from regardless of treatment.
