She still seems to be the same person. Same free spirit. Ive changed because I have a lot of physical fatigue and stuff from long covid. Not as fun anymore. When she took interest in me I had a manic high energy fun personality and now I feel like crap and go to the doctor a lot lol.
I try to encourage clear communication without being too obvious.
I think she knows that ive tried to communicate that if she needed to move on that I understood and wouldnt be that hurt.

I would but I would rationally understand. I wouldn't be like what a bitch! Not blindsided by it.
Maybe she doesnt mind how I am now then. I'm not like constantly talking about my sickness, im just not as spontaneous and energetic as before.

Healthy diet mostly. I drink occasionally. I drink a lot of perrier, lots of water. Coffee, vitamin water.
Yes, its changed. Its improved a lot from 10 years ago.
