An extra Merry Christmas for those away from famy and friends!
I decided to cook anyway. Pork loin roast with cranberry glaze, asparagus with hollandaise, Hawaiian bread and corn on the cob. Fruit salad for dessert.

Yeah, we go to eat Chinese food with her boyfriend. We have been doing that for ages. Then we spend time with my oldest sister and her family.
I miss childhood into some early adulthood, when we'd go to my dad's parents' for xmas eve. Grandmother would make a huge pot of gumbo, and almost everyone from that side would go. Then the next day after opening presents, we'd go to my mom's parents' in New Orleans.
I kinda miss going to a tree farm to cut our own tree too, but the cleanup was a bitch. I'd ride illegally in the back of the truck to help hold down the tree, and freeze my ass off. I loved it.
