I think someone should be required to take care of a baby. Could be an adopted family grandparents, etc. No I don't think neglecting an autonomous baby is okay.

Also, for that comment, I'm gonna spit some troof, nigga. I'm a 35 yr old living at home, taking care of my mommy, and I still get more bitches than you. All 2 of em in recent years, and the rest from a long time ago lol. Not counting receiving noodz and ****.

The very small minority of fathers who want custody can go to court and fight for custody. These days, parents have equal custody. What happens is when the father has custody, someone else ends up raising the kids. Usually his mother (the kids' grandmother).
