Well she clearly goes through a lot of batteries Bobby
Maybe introduce her to rechargeable batteries to help quash any rumours of her being a massive self-pleasurer which will no doubt start and spread around Bobbytown in no time at all. So that's your hook
Next up tell her that you'll make her an authentic Far Eastern noodle soup from a recipe you got from a friend who lived there. It's easy peasy and I'll talk you through the process of what you'd need once she agrees to it
Last up you'll need something to do together after the soup and talk of rechargeable batteries. Might I suggest some jazz from a decent YouTube playlist and you showing her your Bitmap Games books. Not your favourites though as there might be some wine around and you don't want to get any stains on them
With all that in place you'll just need to do a little intimacy and then you seal the deal and invite her around for a game of that drawing thing we did last week
She might start showing up more and more and then get a drawer for her things and her own toothbrush and the like

It's sort of part of the transaction. Especially if you find each other attractive
It's best to give it a go and hope that nothing happens and that way you can just focus on the friendship but until you try that potential will always be there and that can get awkward

If a world class event takes place and it turns out that you are needed on a video call the entirety of humanity should look at you and think "He's done alright for himself, hasn't he?" without any actual context of what they are looking at
That's why you should always have clean underwear on too

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder though and shouldn't be set by other people's conventions (Even though there will always be some overlap there, otherwise some people would just walk about dressed as they see fit and acting out with whatever impulses came to them).
Alternatively you could always do a PJ (Or was it Duncan?
) and go blind
That way you don't have to worry about things but you can still do your Newky accent like, reeit man!
