A depressing, shallow mess and a disappointment of epic proportions

- We have no idea how much of Pavel's blood they put in the dead body, it's safe to say they were pumping blood longer than for the 3 seconds we saw on screen, but then again you are completely incapable of comprehending that anything could happen off screen, from your perspective if it wasn't shown on screen it didn't happen. Bane probably pumped all of the blood from the dead body out before the plane heist, as careful a planner as Bane is it makes perfect sense. Nice try though.
Serious question, what was Pavel's situation at the beginning of the film? He's there with the 3 men (1 of them being Bane under the hood) and they're being turned over to the CIA bozos.
Was Pavel with Bane and then they got captured? Always been a little foggy on this. - This guy is a master of theatricality and deception, we have seen him accomplish similar tasks in the previous films, your argument has no weight to it. Maybe he intentionally chose an alley between two buildings that were abandoned? I don't seem to remember seeing anyone living or working there?
I can accept that Batman had hidden the Bat down that alley. When you add up all the rest of the unlikely stuff though, it does start to look kinda fishy.
So he hides it down an alley, which just happens to be right near where the chase with Bane ends. How convenient. Double convenient that the entire army of damn cops don't go down the alley and find the bat cycle. - HE WAS WAITING FOR THINGS TO GO BAD AGAIN! HE WANTED A REASON TO PUT THE BATSUIT BACK ON!!!
Come on man. You can't actually believe this when you look at the big picture, right? In your mind, he's been sulking around, wishing for any chance to put the suit back on and die being Batman, so his plan is to just sit and be depressed while he waits for something bad to happen near him? Why not just go seek out the danger if Gotham is so quiet? Certainly there's other cities in the world that could use the Bat. Other villains that are a danger to the whole world. Other injustices to right. Go wage a war as Batman against ISIS or some sh/t. If hes REALLY wishing to be Batman and die doing it, he could have gone out and done it any time he wanted to.
In fact, if he's siting around waiting to die being the Bat, then why isn't he doing any kind of maintenance with his Bat persona at all? Doesn't put on the suit, go in the Bat cave, and makes no effort to do anything bat related.

You are an idiot. He could NOT have gotten 100% of the person's blood out. Even if he did, that means he would have had to put enough blood in the body to make it look like there was blood in the body when the plane crashed since he doesn't know how the body will look after the crash. And, if the body is mangled, they won't go for a vein. They will go for an organ, which will have the original person's blood in it still.
Fail. - OK there is a very detailed explanation as to how this probably happened on the FAQ page, read that in it's entirety before you respond again
The exchange wouldn't have opened the next day. Period. They wouldn't have accepted the "perfect timing" of Bruce's screwed up investments expiring on the day of the attack.
Fail. - Oh OK so I guess you could hack into the entire stock exchange in a matter of minutes, you are grasping at straws, you are totally desperate, you know you have nothing and so therefore you are latching on to every tiny nit pick hoping that you will be able to portray yourself as intelligent.
The longer the attack goes on, the more chances there are for failure. Someone accidentally shoots a hostage and the cops storm in - failure. The cops cut all of the power - failure.
The only one trying to portray himself as intelligent is you, but you are too stupid to see how stupid you are. - OK how many times do I have to tell you that the chase went on for a lot longer than the 30 seconds that was shown on screen,
Oh, how many times do I have to tell you that the attack didn't take several hours like you "think" it did? And how many times do I have to tell you that it wasn't close to being dark when Bane escaped? How many times do I have to tell you that the chase didn't last several hours like you think it did? The longer it lasts the more chances there are for Bane to wreck/get caught. It also wouldn't have taken him that long to get out of town.
Fail. - He said "put that thing away before you hurt yourself", maybe that guy was deep down still a believer in the Batman,
Convenient of you to skip how he also said "Your in for a show" to the other cop. And following doesn't mean he was trying to apprehend.
Fail.
I don't seem to remember seeing anyone living or working there?
And you don't see anyone not living or not working there. Nice an convenient that the chase ended right there or how the cops didn't even go into the alley afterwards to get the motorcycle. - Maybe they did and didn't see it because you know he had his own little compartment for the Batpod that was locked.
They would have ripped the alley apart and gotten warrants to check all of the buildings if it didn't show up - especially with that moron running the show.
Fail. - HE WAS WAITING FOR THINGS TO GO BAD AGAIN! HE WANTED A REASON TO PUT THE BATSUIT BACK ON!!!
Which doesn't mean the same thing as "wanting to die as Batman." You are talking out of both sides of your mouth. - Oh and who was he supposed to plead his case to? Fox was already trying to prove fraud, who was he going to go bitch to?
As I said, moron, the board. Daggett was there and thought Bruce was worthless. He would have been suspicious if Wayne would have just gone quietly. His not even saying, "WTF???" looked stupid. - And they were all probably stationed in the bad part of town, you know where most of the crime happens.
Sure, that makes sense. Station everyone, INCLUDING THE POLICE COMMISSIONER, in the bad part of town in case something happens. I mean, for sure, it isn't like that city is a few hundred square miles with millions of people in it. Just lets have the Commissioner stay there instead of police headquarters because something might happen.
Fail. - BANE WAS WATCHING FOX'S EVERY MOVEMENT!!! If he deviated from his instructions in the slightest they would have beat the sh!t out of him and made him follow instructions. Dear god you are stupid.
YOU ARE A COMPLETE AND UTTER RETARD. IF BANE KNEW WHAT FOX WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DOING, THEN WHY DID HE NEED FOX THERE TO ACTIVATE IT? HE COULD HAVE DONE THAT HIMSELF.
Since you are such a retard I'm going to ask that again.
YOU ARE A COMPLETE AND UTTER RETARD. IF BANE KNEW WHAT FOX WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DOING, THEN WHY DID HE NEED FOX THERE TO ACTIVATE IT? HE COULD HAVE DONE THAT HIMSELF.
How would Bane know the instructions Fox was supposed to follow? Only Fox and Wayne knew the instructions. Fox could have played 'chopsticks' on the keypad and Bane wouldn't have known if it was right or wron

60th greatest movie of all time and made over a billion dollars, suck on that.
Huh? You think IMDB is the list of the greatest movies of all time?? LOL. Why? Because you and the other zealot fan boys with sock accounts can put in work to manipulate it in the favor of your obsessive opinion?? Pathetic.
Don't lie. You're as part of that manipulation as the rest of the Nolan worshipping zombies. Don't evdn try to act like you don't immediately down vote any movie that dares to get higher than TDKR lately.
You've never even seen Deadpool. Guaranteed. You couldn't answer any questions about it, could you? Yet here you are, rating it a 1/10. -

As I said in a different thread, I may not agree with all of the players in (or not in) the baseball Hall of Fame, I like how they don't vote for a guy until he's been retired for 5 years. That forces perspective upon a player rather than just the groundswell of support because he was popular and went out on a high-note.
It happens all of the time. Something is popular and the fanboys can't distinguish that from being good. How many one-hit-wonders were described as being "the next Beatles?"
Between that and fake accounts that is why TDK trilogy is listed so high on this fan site. -

Okay if you had brought up the Transformers then I would of accepted your premise. But not those movies.
I have not seen Furious 7 so can't comment on that. But those others are not bad movies.
I hate Avatar with a passion, I hate its cliche dialog and unbelievably predictable plot points. But what the movie actually aims to do, it does very well. The effects were revolutionary, the 3D stuff worked, and the Cameron knows how to do action.
Iron Man 3 happens to be another movie I hate. Hated the Mandarin twist, hated the villain, and hated the parts with the kid. But what the movie aims to do well, it does. Downey does his thing, action is solid, humor is definitely there, and you had the Marvel bonus scene at the end.
And Avengers is just fan. I don't think it is groundbreaking in anyway. But that movie could of been a total mess, but Wheddon really held it together. Every actor did their thing, it did its fan service, and every peace seem to fit and matter.
These were well done movies, just because they don't fit yours are mine taste. Does not qualify them as bad movies. Just movies that are not for us. -

Dude, you're giving movies a pass on the weakest logic. "They did what they set out to do". Don't you think there's lots of movies that did what they set out to do? Lots of directors who were happy with their final product, but actually made a crap movie?
Avatar is an awful movie. I don't care about cool special effects. That stuff is for video games. I need a good story, and not just a total rehash and stealing from all of Cameron's previous works, not to mention a nearly complete rip off of the movie Ferngully.
Same goes for Iron Man 3. AWFUL film. Might even be worse than Iron Man 2.
I actually happen to like Avengers, but there are A LOT of people out there that would tell you its terrible and worthless.
Point is, theres movies that meet the aforementioned "billion dollars earned and good Rotten T rating" that actually aren't all that good. -
WallaceHasLanded — 10 years ago(July 05, 2015 09:22 AM)
Haven't seen any of those movies.
Are you referring to the movies that I listed? If soyou haven't seen Avatar? Dude, every person on the damn planet saw that movie. Im shocked that you haven't seen it. Not chastising here or anything.cause I think the movie is simply awful.and good on you for never having to sit through that crap fest.
However the point is many people loved TDKR, it doesn't matter if you hate it.
No. That's not the point you made. You said :
Bad movies also don't make over a billion dollars and get great reviews on RT.
And then I gave you some examples.
What about Return Of The King? You seem to think that's a bad movie.and it fits your above criteria.
