It's probably a jealousy thing. All guy friends I know think that Lauren's hot as hell.

Jesus why do people feel so entitled to critisize how someone looks? Why does it bother you people? Why does it matter? How does it ruin your life in anyway? Get over it. Get over yourselves. Stop being so judgemental. Who are you and how special and gorgeous are you all to out down someone else's appearance? Put up photos of yourselves if you're the bastion of perfection. No? Not going to? Why the hell not? LET'S SEE YOU ALL.
Probably because she's selling her looks. Her employment depends on her looks.
Anyone who goes into the performance/visual arts is going to be judged on their looks. Period.
She wants to be on TV/movies, it goes with the territory. There's a downside to every profession.

Are you for real? YOU are just trying to justify the worst aspect of yourself to us all. You are a deeply superficial, nasty, mean, shallow little person. The tiniest speck of the human race. You should feel ashamed of yourself instead of trying to justify your worst characteristics. Here's a fwwcking tip for you. Try being the BEST version of yourself not the worst. It'll make the world a better place.

I think Lauren German is extremely pretty and IMO better looking than the other women on the show, who are all very attractive. There's something very soft and ethereal about her. I am a heterosexual female, though, so this is from an aesthetic viewpoint rather than a sexual one.

Not only that, she's got incredible bone structure which means she'll continue to look good into old age. In fact, she could play a much younger role than Chloe. She's extremely youthful looking for her age.

She does seem to have reddish bags under her eyes sometimes, is that makeup? And her face doesn't move a lot, but that might be her cool character, trying to stay professional?
I like her a lot though

Looks great to me. Definitely the most attractive woman on the show. Dita Von Teese though, eww.. -

Like I said, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
RandomBob thinks German looks great and showed us a pic of her looking great.
I took a look and all but recoiled. To me it emphasizes how malnourished she looks, her head looks like a skull, and her eyebrows are VERY obviously painted on. I saw this and thought wow, she needs to eat a hamburger. A LOT of them.
Dita von Teese has the same high cheekbones, but carries more meat on her bones, so her face is fuller.

Look at this picture and see ALL the hair in her brows. They are not "painted on". I'm sure she uses brow pencil, almost everyone who cares about their appearance in show biz does, but that's real hair in her brows, top to bottom. Unless you're going to tell me they're like those glue on mustaches? Honestly, it wouldn't surprise me if you did.

I think she's beautiful. I can understand if some people don't find her their style but I can't understand why people spend so much time expressing negatives. A negative review of a show is one thing; disparaging comments on someone's looks is just spiteful. Must be nice to have so much free time.

People who don't find her attractive have just as much free time to post as those who DO find her attractive and post to say so.

Yes, she has real hair in her eyebrows but she fills a lot of them in. Which means they aren't as great as you seem to think.
Not all movie stars 'fill them in' if they don't need to. Case in point

Are you honestly telling me you can't see the clean edges of her eyebrows on the top of her eyes and inbetween her eyes? Eyebrows don't do that naturally. Eyebrow pencils do.

Gah! Have you seriously never heard of threading? The reason I pointed out the hair is because before your "painted on" accusation, you claimed she'd over-plucked them. Well, that's not the case, photographic evidence confirms.
I swear, this is the most idiotic and pointless conversation I've ever been involved in. What is wrong with this board lately? There are so many serious things happening in the world to complain about, is someone's perceived "painted on eyebrows" really one of them? If so, then the world is seriously effed. And petty, to boot.

Considering we can't really see all the hair because of how heavily drawn on they are, I'm reserving judgment on how much they're overplucked.

Hon, we're writing on a message board about a TV show about supernatural demons and angels.
Obviously none of us would be here if all we cared about was what was going on in the real world.
