You mentioned Hogan and The Rock, it's crazy that wcw was trying to put Kidman and Vampiro over him (hello Vince Russo). Hogan was an all-time unprecedented draw. And yet the Rock Hogan thing happened years later. He's Hogan. He's almost entirely responsible for wcw getting 83 weeks over wwf. Why? If it was in the main event, Hogan allowed it. He had veto power. You don't push some bum over him. Again, statistically still the biggest draw in the company.
