If anyone had bothered to read the trivia section:
"Documents in a lawsuit give her date of birth as 1968. The lawsuit was filed by her PR agency for nonpayment. [November 2001]"
That would make her 39 or 40 now.

1973 is accurate. I was born in 1969, and remember Family Ties well. There is no way that she was 14 in 1982. I realize girls mature at different intervals, but she looked way too young to be 14 in 1982.

Yea thats her correct birth 1973 she was 8 or 9 years old when she started out on Family Tiesthe person that made up this post must be confused with Justine Bateman she was 16 when she played Mallory on the show.

The original poster obviously had never seen "Family Ties", or at least its early episodes. It's really sad when people watch some reality shows or retrospectives on VH-1 and think they know about old TV shows and actors, without knowing a thing about the source material.

No, IMDB, she was NOT born in 1968 (she ain't 40 yet!).
And no, posters, she did not start 'Family Ties' at 16.
I just heard a tape of her on the Howard Stern show. She said she was 8 when 'Family Ties' started and 16 when it ended. So, yes, she WAS born in 1973.- Reverend Flash

Yes, she was born in 1973. I was born Feb. of 73 and I grew up watching family ties and I remember thinking it was cool that we where the same age. I also watched Who's the Boss and loved Alyssa Milano, but she's a year older.
