You honestly can't say that
Look, Sirhan Sirhan walked up to him in a kitchen and started firing. I know Kennedy was killed by a shot to the back of the head, but that could have been done by his bodyguard by mistake. He was in the right position, right gun, but not motive.
Unless you were actually there, you need to support your reasons for Sirhan Sirhan being innocent before you bluntly say "He didn't do it" -

How about the episode of Inside Edition I have on tape? I taped it in April 1989 and they interviewed Sirhan. In the interview he fully admits that he did it (he has never denied it) and states that he "would give my own life if I could resurect Bobby Kennedy." The more time that passes, the more theories people come up with. Sirhan did it and has never denied it - in fact, not long after he did it, he demanded that he be put to death for it but Ted Kennedy himself intervened and asked that his life be spared.

If that's true, why would Sirhan sit in jail for thirty eight years and not reveal who his accomplice was? What does he have to gain by keeping silent?
I was alive when Kennedy was shot and remember it well. Sirhan was caught right there on the scene with the gun in his hand. If there was an accomplice, how could all of those people have missed him?
I doubt anyone could keep silent or hidden for the better part of 40 years now. I too am familiar with the "other" evidence but the fact that some truth could stay hidden for almost 40 years seems very unlikely. -

Sirhan is in jail because he did shoot people.
However, the evidence and logic seems to suggest there was 1 more person because -how could Sirhan shoot Bobby like 4 times (from those angles), injure a few other people, and still have enough bullets left that got stuck in the ceiling, walls and all over the place?
And especially like you said, Sirhan was immediately grabbed and put on a table so he would stop.
It just doesn't make alot of sense to much of the public.
With all of those people in that small narrow kitchen, and the sudden commotion, it could've been very difficult to know who else was shooting.
According to evidence throughout the years, people think it could have been one of the bodyguards that was closest to Kennedy.
His location in relation to Kennedy matched more with Kennedy's wounds than where Sirhan was located.
The truth is sometimes there but people just don't want to see it. -

Very well put. If you ask the generation X crowd, they'll find a conspiracy theory for anything. I'm sure there are some that would tell you there was a conspiracy involved in Princess Diana's crash and one involved in Elvis' death and so on.

You'r right a conspiracy is not applicable in every case, but in the case of the kennedys it was possible.
Elvis and Diana did NOT have the cia, mob, government people, hoffa or whoever else annoyed with them. -

The source I have is an interview with Ringo Starr on the Beatles Anthology. He claimed Elvis did was trying to undermine the Beatles because Elvis felt they weren't good for the American youth. I don't know what Ringo's sources were but he said he was very dissappointed to learn that.

Sirhan Sirhan had to know there was no possible way that he was going to be paroled. His parole would have to be approved by the governor of California, Arnold Schwazenger(sp?) A2000rnold is married to Maria Shriver, who is Robert Kennedy's neice. There is no way Arnold would free the man who killed his wife's uncle. Could you see how much hell he would catch at home!
