Sirhan is in jail because he did shoot people.
However, the evidence and logic seems to suggest there was 1 more person because -how could Sirhan shoot Bobby like 4 times (from those angles), injure a few other people, and still have enough bullets left that got stuck in the ceiling, walls and all over the place?
And especially like you said, Sirhan was immediately grabbed and put on a table so he would stop.
It just doesn't make alot of sense to much of the public.
With all of those people in that small narrow kitchen, and the sudden commotion, it could've been very difficult to know who else was shooting.
According to evidence throughout the years, people think it could have been one of the bodyguards that was closest to Kennedy.
His location in relation to Kennedy matched more with Kennedy's wounds than where Sirhan was located.
The truth is sometimes there but people just don't want to see it. -

Very well put. If you ask the generation X crowd, they'll find a conspiracy theory for anything. I'm sure there are some that would tell you there was a conspiracy involved in Princess Diana's crash and one involved in Elvis' death and so on.

You'r right a conspiracy is not applicable in every case, but in the case of the kennedys it was possible.
Elvis and Diana did NOT have the cia, mob, government people, hoffa or whoever else annoyed with them. -

The source I have is an interview with Ringo Starr on the Beatles Anthology. He claimed Elvis did was trying to undermine the Beatles because Elvis felt they weren't good for the American youth. I don't know what Ringo's sources were but he said he was very dissappointed to learn that.

Sirhan Sirhan had to know there was no possible way that he was going to be paroled. His parole would have to be approved by the governor of California, Arnold Schwazenger(sp?) A2000rnold is married to Maria Shriver, who is Robert Kennedy's neice. There is no way Arnold would free the man who killed his wife's uncle. Could you see how much hell he would catch at home!

Sirhan seems to be the perfect fall guy.
He never suspected there would be someone else there with him to do the job, in case he couldn't. and evidently Sirhan couldn't, because there were more bullets found than the ones he had in his gun.
Plus, he wasn't even in the location that matched certain wounds.
Sirhan didn't seem astute enough, and that's why he still thinks he did it all himselfbut the evidence doesn't show that.
By having Sirhan as the lone person, erases the need of checking into other people or looking into the motives as to why Bobby was killed.
It was similar with Oswald.
Oswald couldn't have been in the School Book Depository and at the grassy knoll at the same time. An extra person had to be backup in case he missed.
However, Oswald did seem more astute that Sirhan. -

I'm asking myself this question.
Domnique Dunne, Dominick Dunne's daughter, was strangled to death in the driveway of her home by an obsessive boyfriend. His hands were around her throat when the police arrived. He was convicted of murder and only served 6 years in jail. Yes you read correctly 6 (SIX!) years. People get more time for stealing someone's car. This guy strangled the life out of an innocent person and served only 6 years in prison. I don't what birdbrain, peabrained, idiot was responsible for this but they should be punched in the face and have their kneecaps drilled or something.
In Sirhan's case, the guy did it. He was caught with the freakin' gun in his hand, there is footage and pictures of the people nearby restraining him and getting the gun out of his hand. There is no way to deny his guilt.
But Kennedy's security is a bit shady to me. He, for some reason, lives on like a small island thousands of miles away, he moved there like right after they "sorta" cleared him. If there is found to be a conspiracy surrounding this case, all fingers need to come back to this shady figure, seeing as he was standing directly behind Kennedy in the crowded kitchen.
Sirhan Sirhan needs to spend the rest of his life in prison. There is no way he's getting out with his anti-American ridiculous hate. What I don't get, if somebody hates America so much, why come over here and cause damage to our society? Trust me, our country could be a lot better off without people who hate us but want to live on our soil.
Kennedy was going to do so much for our country, because he was most definately going to become President. Vietnam would have ended in 69! Thousands of American lives would have been preserved had it not been for that hateful low-life, worthless human life!

I don't like many Democrats in politics and don't like some of bobby's kids but Bobby himself was a great man like his bother the president. and his killer should stay in prison for good the killer should be put to death but he remains in jail has of 2013 think god.

Bobby seemed more likable than his brother, but he was no saint, either. Marilyn Monroe claimed t1c84hat Bobby would use her as a sex object behind his wife Ethel's back, and then pass him to Jack. Though I wouldn't believe everything that came out Marilyn's mouth either. She was a bit of an over-emotional, irrational damsel.
