I think your own comments makes you actually worse than him. He's arrogant but about food. You're arrogant about your ego that you'd even joke about poisoning someone in a bit of self-righteousness.
    I think yours is worse.

I know exactly what you mean, Doc.

With a heaping portion of rat poison in it. It only seems fitting.

Really? Does it? His arrogance towards people to build them up is tantamount to rat poisoning them?
The hypocrisy of arrogance is astounding around here.

There's very little about what he says that is redeeming. "His arrogance towards people to build them up" you, sir, are deluded.

You reply as if he'd never taken a bite of someone's cooking and said, "This tastes (insert compliment)."
If all you see is negative, that's what you'd expect. I think you only see the negative in others.

Cereal, Toast, or maybe a hard boiled egg. Nothing that actually requires skill

He came to my village and my mother and chef met him, they told him we ran a hotel and restaurant but my chef said he was incredible nervous incase he wanted to try the food. My chef is good and has won aa rossettes and stuff but would never cook for Gordon i dont think i would either..

I would kill to cook Gordon a meal. I believe that Gordon has a true appreciation for food that's fresh, wholesome, simple and good. I'm a good honest cook and my food is delicious. I put love in my food and I think he would be able tell that and love it. I'm sure of it.

I think it'd be fun. You should look up James May and Ramsay on youtube for a funny video of them doing a cooking competition on the F word.

Are you serious? Hell yes, I'd cook for him. For one thing any compliment you received would feel fantastic and it would be great to get constructive criticism from him.

I would be a nervous wreck but I would cook him up a vegetarian dish that would hopefully knock his socks off.
