What do you normally eat or cook? I hate shopping and cooking. I don’t really like fast food either. My husband usually cooks but im sick of that stuff and food in general. I mostly eat salad and yogurt.

I eat a lot of boneless chicken breasts with salad but I switch up the salads. Tonight I'm having an Asian salad with sesame dressing and I have an indoor grill for the chicken. Soon I'll be able to use my natural gas bbq outdoors.

The salad sounds good but I just can’t with chicken or turkey anymore. I’m more a beef person but that sounds terrible as well. ugh! old age. My mom got to the point where she only ate yogurt and fruit. I think im heading that way too!

I beef small steaks once in a while and I like butterfly pork chops when they are bbq'd. Do you eat pork?

I have a pork and gluten allergy. I’m also allergic to several fruits and vegetables. This developed over the last few years.

I didn’t know I had problems until I did an elimination diet. It was awakening. I can’t eat fruits with seeds. No more avocados or apples. No cabbage, onions or garlic. Certain greens are a no go.

I had environmental allergies in my mid twenties but they went away after a few years.
