I didn’t know I had problems until I did an elimination diet. It was awakening. I can’t eat fruits with seeds. No more avocados or apples. No cabbage, onions or garlic. Certain greens are a no go.

I had environmental allergies in my mid twenties but they went away after a few years.

I had environmental allergies and got shots for two years and I was somewhat cured. It was great.
The food allergies are new though.
