There are 2 shorts that I am curious to see if anyone remembers. I think they both might have appeared on Pinwheel. The first was called Hattytown. It was about a town where all of the characters were different kinds of hats with arms and legs. Oh, and there was a donkey, too! Don't recall anything other than that. The other was about a boy and his grandfather. I don't think there was any dialogue though. All I know is that they were always eating small loaves of bread or something like that. Sound familiar to anyone? I know Hattytown was real, but sometimes I feel like I'm completely imagining the second one.

And the cat came back, the very next day. The cat came back, thought he was a goner, but the cat came back. He just wouldn't go away..
Twenty years since I watched that, and I can still see the whole dumb thing in my head. The hot air balloon, the car, the boat, wow.

So I remember all of these shows. I loved YCDTOTV and Out of Control. I have a memory of the first "teen show" I was allowed to watch being Hey Dude when I was in first grade or something. It was on at 6 oclock and so much fun. Salute Your Shorts, Clarissa Expalins it All, The Secret World of Alex Mack and The Mystery files of Shelby Woo were some of my favorites. I love all the game shows from double dare, the one where they ran around a house and had to find things, th elegends one, the olympics like one and wild and crazy kids. That new show on after AI - where they all have to get one person to take the money, only reason i watched fopr the few minutes i did was beacsue of JD ROTH and his awesomeness from back in the Wild and Crazy Kids day.
I was really little and up early, maybe 5:30 or 6 in the morning and on the east coast. All i remember was dancing against a blueish screen and there were levels that they danced up and down. It had to have been before the nineties. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would do anything to see the opening credits again. The meat grinder is what sticks in my mind.

                                  Best (Retro) Nick shows:
You can't do that on television (just don't eat the burgers, rofl)
                                  Salute your shorts
Turkey Television (short lived, but funny)
                                  Hey Dude!
The adventures of Pete and Pete

The Roundhouse (from the "Snick" days!)
The Ren and Stimpy show (Man, the stuff they got away with! The new episodes are freakin' horrible, though!)

The Mystery Files of Shelby Woo is about a teenage detective that solves cases. The show where the girl turned into a blob is The Secret World of Alex Mack.

All those shows you guys mention are great! But bringing up Nick Jr. Reminds me of a show I have been trying to track down for the longest time. Does anyone remember the animated series that was based on the charming french children's book "The Little Prince?" At this point I only have vague memories of it but I do remeber how I loved it so
