— 6 years ago(January 25, 2020 01:03 AM)It has white in it. It seems like a disgusting thing, like the muscle seems white, though it's probably fat. It's very disgusting, sometimes. Once, I got a small piece of ham without a bone that was very pink, and it was delicious. I had too much ham when we had it at my aunt's one week, had it a bit before too, hope that's not another reason. It seems she has hers sliced and glazed, pretty cool.

Spiral ham is good and not too much white stuff, lasts 3-5 days in the fridge. You can freeze the rest of it in portion sizes til ready to eat.
There are meal delivery services you might like. You sign up for like 3 or 5 or 7 meals a week and they deliver the ingredients and instructions to make the meal. -
