Spiral ham is good and not too much white stuff, lasts 3-5 days in the fridge. You can freeze the rest of it in portion sizes til ready to eat.
There are meal delivery services you might like. You sign up for like 3 or 5 or 7 meals a week and they deliver the ingredients and instructions to make the meal. -

It's 1.30am
Yesterday I had:
Cheerios for breakfast
Chicken satay for dinner
Then I still wasn't too hungry so just had a yogurt when I got home.

It's a German dish. My grandma made it for us when we were kids.

Ooh, wait, wait, I think I know. It's made with vinegar too, right?
(I don't click on links, sorry)
I'm half German and had a Nana who made oooh-la-la everything from scratch! Add the French, and I grew up as a little girl with a taste for nicely made homemade dishes!

A wise decision there. Yes, it's basically chopped cabbage with vinegar which is heated up. Bacon is an optional topping.

She used to make both. I never helped her with the vinegar one, but with the mayo-style one, I'd help her hand-shred the two different types of cabbage on this board with a blade in the middle. (They might not let 6 year olds do that today).
Some of my happiest memories and cooking with Nana.
