Mine is when the pretty black lady leaves Al's store and he turns thinking the other attractive woman is still there but she is gone to, he sits down and that troll of a woman comes in all aggressive "I need shoes!!"
The way the audience burst out laughing always kills me, lol -

After insulting a fat woman in the store:
Fat Woman: -How dare you say that to my face??
Al: -Well, I'd say it behind your back, but my car has only got half a tank of gas!
This always kills me.

there are SO MANY
the dentist/flaherty tells tracy lords "pull back on the camera so we can see it's a human mouth"- "[Who will face the Red Beast] and all the shoevilles stepped forward or did they step back?" >>> I can't find this one
every time Al tries to be Santa "booze on his breath"
when Al is "thinking to himself" - not listening during shoe dick
"Im not a stupid man" lost in thought - Kelly interrupts - Al cuts her off thinking "what happened to me? ."
http://www.imdb.com/character/ch0016726/quotes - i can ONLY think the term "meteorlololigst" - and giggle very out of context
- "[Who will face the Red Beast] and all the shoevilles stepped forward or did they step back?" >>> I can't find this one

Kelly "tapp-dancing" (tap-dancing ?!?) with the janitor before an audience, after she descided she cant tapp (tap? whatever) anyway and will rather go out with a bang instead.

Al negotiating for the new mustang while holding the shoebox "full" of money. Trying to get a stereo and undercoating and getting a "no, nope, uh-uh" and getting screwed on the plastic wooden gearshift knob

Dan'l Bundy's camp fire tale was beep hilarious. Also the Labor Day episode from 1989. That was one of the funniest episodes in my opinion. Season 1-5, hands down AMAZING!

I could never choose just one!
When the fat lady screams at Al: "
You'll
be hearing from my attorney!"
Al: "Would that be the law offices of Haagen.and Dazs?!"
Kills me every time!
Marcy bangs on the front door:
Al: [opens it] "Hiya Marcy. I thought I heard some peckin'!"
Al freaks out when Bud & Gary are caught having sex:
Al: "Monster. In Jammies. In the Basement!"
I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus.

90% of the hilarity is his delivery. The look on his face and tone is just priceless! My personal favourite is the two part "You better shop around". The opening scene with the 1940's era air conditioner is gold and sets the tone for the entire episode(s).

Season 1, episode 13, Al goes to the phone to change his tickets for the 2nd time and before he gets to it mumbles." Never wanted to get married, I'm married, never wanted to have kids, I got two of them, how the hell did this happen?"
Now, for me, this short line is the tone for the whole series!!

Never wanted to get married, I'm married, never wanted to have kids, I got two of them, how the hell did this happen?"
That one is great! It reminds me of another of Al's sarcastic gems that gets to me every time:
Al: "Marriage sucks. Have a kid. Kid sucks. Have another!"
I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus.

How did I do? I had a meeting with the principal, a three hour meeting, a three hour meeting. You see, Bud, you innocently mixed up Robinson Crusoe with Gilligan's Island. I told them that, but the principal did not believe me. He just said, "Even you, Miss Bundy, are not that stupid."
Ah, but he was wrong, wasn't he Kel?
