As for the women in balloons, the balloons seem to be preservative devices. So I"m thinking their refrigerators. Women that young could be used to make more snacks for the trip home. Though i doubht they use sex, i'm sure they have other invasive artificial ways to make humans pregnant.

I noticed that the cream pies that hit the protagonists at the very end don't give any indication of dissolving their faces. Is it possible that the Klowns defecate cream pies, and our heroes are actually being pelted with the remains of the spaceship's septic tank?

No i have seen a picture of a naked killer klown without his suit, so it's not part of there skin.
I also notice what looks to be a hole between there chest and there stomach. At first i thought it was just there belly button, but it's to high up!
This i believe is where there tentacles come out to reproduce with human females and female klowns.
Just think about it, they could put the tale end of the balloon into there hole and then the tentacles go into the balloon.
Then into the human female and start having sex with them while the human female is still trap inside her balloon. -

I think you're a little too smart to be watching and theorizing about movies like killer klowns. Maybe you should look into rocket science instead.
