The whole movie seemed patched together from a lot of random themes that didn't mesh at all. I've always assumed that Tim Burton is ADHD when it comes to developing plots and character arcs.

It is bad. It has some nice imagery, and a very good soundtrack, but the story and characters are all poorly done.

I agree it's bad, not as bad as Batman Returns but still quite bad. About 2/10 score.
