It certainly is. It starts off okay, but once jack becomes the joker it goes all the way downhill.

It is bad. It has some nice imagery, and a very good soundtrack, but the story and characters are all poorly done.

The story is a simple and classic good against evil tale and the characters act like real people who aren't exposition machines like the ones from the Nolan trilogy.

I agree it's bad, not as bad as Batman Returns but still quite bad. About 2/10 score.
