Somehow, even though I was about 10 or 11 at the time, I didn't know about it until later on in life. Then again, I didn't really watch the news when I was 10. It's weird how some people don't know about the bombing in '93. I still find the occasional person who can't understand how Notorious B.I.G. mentions the world trade blowing up in a song years before 9/11, lol. On the other hand, no one ever seems to make mention that the two kids from Columbine had a plan after the shooting tohijack a plane and crash it into the World Trade Center. Now that's a coincidence.

You aren't seriously blaming the terrorist attack of 9/11 on the United States government?? How dare you. Seriously, do some research on this stuff. I'm not saying things happened one way or the other, but evidence shows that we could have very well had something to do with the attack. It's not a republican thing, it's not a democrat thing.

just watched the movie and nearly s### myself when I heard that line. In fact I came on here to see if anyone noticed. There are several movies I've heard, Sword Fish included that have seemed to predict 9/11 this one was down to the casualties. The blame it on the Muslims line was most telling, good work, anyone else?

STOP!! The U.S. Government did not see a beneficial or profitable excuse to collapse the twin towers and kill 5,000 Americans.
Almost all religions have good intentions but have misguided extremists who grab the headlines and unfortunately ruin their message. The same is true for different races. The media we watch distorts statistics to focus on the very small negative of an overall positive group. Just realize:
-Muslims are rarely terrorists, but most terrorists are Muslim
-Blacks and Hispanics are rarely gang members, but most gang members are black or Hispanic
-Mormons are rarely polygamists, but most polygamists claim Mormonism
-Whites are rarely pedophiles, but most pedophiles are white
-Very few men are rapists, yet most rapists are men
These facts would seem reversed if you watch the Today Show, MsNBC or CNN.
It's because the media wants to show the rare, dark and controversial side of every demographic; otherwise, showing the positive traits that most of the demographic groups stand for would not be entertaining news.
Finally, 9/11 was a religious inspired attack by extremists that call themselves Muslim. But it was by a group that is uneducated, misinformed, desperate and doesn't understand their own religions core beliefs. Like most extremists that stray from a decent groups core beliefs.

As for the OP. It is ironic the script describes the American Government framing Muslims committing mass murder. Just like the stupid conspiracy theorists did for 9/11. Why don't we call Tom Clancy a terrorist because he wrote a book about terrorists crashing a plane into the White House before 9/11? Hollywood and Authors make up stories based on possibilities. If the stories they invent ring true years later it's not because they helped planned the attack. It's because they see opportunities that make stories. BTW, if you believe Nostradamus is a fortune teller you are an idiot!!!
