Ahh I thought that may have been the case,
Very true what you said Historymajor, I've often watched films where the subtitles show altered words.
Anyway I have the British region 2 version and it says fries.

He says "Would you like any fives with that"
Its just a joke, like when you order food from a fastfood restaurant and they say "Would you like some fries with that"
Subtitles are dumb sometimes. In LOTR, when Gandalf is falling down the pit and he looks at Frodo and everyone and says "Run you fools" or "Run fools" or something like that. The subtitle says "Fly you fools" or "Fly fools". They just replaced "run" with "fly" for some reason.

About the fries or fives discussion I couldn't care less really, so forgive for qoing slightly off-topic in this already very old and long topic, but talking about subtitles.
I find that many times there's errors in subtitles, some obvious things that somebody who wrote the subtitles may have misread from his/her script or misheard, but some of them are pure speculations on what might have been said or just plain wrong. Has anybody for instance ever noticed how they almost always get it wrong when it comes to translating measurements? Say an American movie with miles, inches, yards, feet what have you gets a European subtitle, the amounts they put up in the translation are almost always wrong. Similar things happen for technical terms, military ranks, sometimes Geographical names, etc. etc.
As a little funny thing I seem to notice more often also is that almost always when they mention a person's body height on IMDB the amount in feet and inches doesn't correctly correspond to the indicate number in meters and centimeters.

                        I heard 'fives'.
I THINK it is most likely 'fives'.

He clearly says fives. Listen closely and read his lips.
In the captions of my DVD it actually says "fries" but captions aren't done by the same people anyway. Like I said, you can clearly hear and see him saying fives.

Personally I think it was fries. He had already been told what he wanted up to the 50 million Mark so to ask if he wanted fives, why??? The way he was standing was shot as if he was a waiter, the way he was holding the notepad as if taking an order, which in a sense he was, hence he said "do you want fries with that?"

It may have been a play on the whole upselling ideal (fries with a meal), however his voice is clear and the "r" in fries is unheard. He's talking about bills and Tucker is clearly a joker and that's why he mentioned the fives. It's not relevant that the 50 million is already complete, he's just joking around.

Is this thread still alive? I remember this from 4 years ago.
It's logical he said FIVES, Sang asks for $20 million in
                                    50's
                                    , $20 million in
                                    20's
                                    , $10 million in
                                    10's
, Carter jokingly asks him if he wants any 5's with that, as in insert amount in
                                    5's
                                    . I can't believe people don't get that.

                                      THAT IS THE ENTIRE JOKE.
Chris Tucker asks if he wants "FIVES" with that. Referencing someone taking an order at a fast food restaraunt.
Chris tucker asks Sang if he wants fives with that, as a mcdonalds employee would ask a customer they want fries with their meal.

It's logical he said FIVES, Sang asks for $20 million in 50's, $20 million in 20's, $10 million in 10's, Carter jokingly asks him if he wants any 5's with that, as in insert amount in 5's. I can't believe people don't get that.
When I first saw this movie, I always thought it was "you want any fries with that?" but, after watching it again, it really sounds like "fives" and your post makes total sense as to why it would be.
