Actually, yes. Putin's prose-style is quite distinctive and memorable. He uses a sort of Joycean stream-of-consciousness technique mixed with the sheer vulgar insanity of a Rabelais. It's just that he hasn't been around as much.

i'm a fervent fan of his prosa and i read every single word of him he graces us with posting it in this godforsaken hellhole of a forum. it's what keeps me alive and going here. (and sometimes secretly while i'm actually gone forever)

very wise. so have i but only have this one account. i also had one in JC's forum, but he gave me permaban for trying to revive the Soapbox a bit. i must have worded the OP not lame enough for it to not violate forum standards. then got banned. so sad.

Why, thank you. I must admit, my literary voice is that of a wide-eyed, fresh-from-university literature student who is trying desperately to transform the vastly-differing writing stipulations of four different professors into a singular, cohesive style.

Sounds like a recipe for schizophrenia! But you have a lovely style, especially when you're not being haunted by the spectres of canonical literature.
btw, feel free to ignore the rubbish I write. I come here to have fun, not to do serious literary analysis.
