I guess so! I mean china should be the experts at controlling covid-19 types of respiratory illnesses since it like comes from over there first. And china had all the money the USA had invested into the W.H.O at their disposal. -

We should have closed out boundaries even sooner than we did, but we had a lot of New Zealanders who were overseas to get home safely. We're on level three now, and some people are acting as though we've beaten this thing. I'm afraid their stupidity will give it a chance to come back worse than before. I'm staying home.

I believe that we were doing exceptionally well while we were on level 4, and maybe that's the reason for the 'triumphant' tone. To be honest, I'm not aware of that tone, but you have obviously been keeping up with the play. As I've said, I think we've eased up too soon, but small businesses were struggling badly, and this is meant to help them. Too bad that some of the population has taken this to mean we've beaten the bastard.
