People with sensitive teeth will suffer without straws. There will be a lot of class-action lawsuits over this huge mistake. The challenges to authority figures have already begun, as seen in the video above. Soon there will be riots in the streets. I think there's a chance this will be one of the causes of WWIII.

Yeah, but they're a lousy alternative. They get too wet and unusable within minutes. You need 75 straws just to get through one drink. It's also unappetizing feeling wet paper in your mouth.

At first I was going to criticize the employee for handling it poorly. But upon 2nd viewing, the dude did grab her with force; she had a right to swing those punches. THAT'S a woman. She's been in a fight or two before.
