Why is the guy's race being brought up? Did he attack her because of her skin color? Did he call her the n-word? Just wondering.

At first I was going to criticize the employee for handling it poorly. But upon 2nd viewing, the dude did grab her with force; she had a right to swing those punches. THAT'S a woman. She's been in a fight or two before.

If the man walked into a Neiman Marcus and did this, the employee would respond much differently. She responded that way because she's poor and works at McDonald's. An employee at a doctor's office or Coach wouldn't use phrases like "pussy ass nigga" and "I'm on that ****." Only poor people say things like that. The kind of people who get hired at McDonald's and Walmart.

Why are some people so concerned about a refund? If I go to Starbucks, and the coffee tastes like ****, and there's a hair in it, I just think, alright, I'm never using this Starbucks again. But I don't ask for a refund over a $3 item.
The man just got in a fight at McDonald's, you'd think a refund over a few dollars would be the last thing on his mind. Just take the loss.
Sometimes you can spend money on someone while insulting them. If the man really wanted to get back at McDonald's, he could have thrown $50 on the floor and said, "Buy yourself some better employees."
