Well, I doubt you'll find one with a lower resolution that has these features as I've read that they don't make them, so it's not like there's much of a choice if you want a TV with more vibrant colours. You'll technically get a clearer image with 4K, since it has four times the pixels, but, apparently, your eyes can't really perceive much of a difference since the pixels are just too small at that point, unless the TV is huge and you're sitting unusually close to it. Diminishing returns in effect.

If it's under 60", then 1080 is all you need (so long as it also has all the bells and whistles like HDR).

They said the same thing about color television way back when. It's all a gimmick to get you to fork over more cash. Nothing wrong with 1080i, and besidesyour TV is already obsolete. 8k is where it's at.
