They said the same thing about color television way back when. It's all a gimmick to get you to fork over more cash. Nothing wrong with 1080i, and besidesyour TV is already obsolete. 8k is where it's at.

I dunno about now, but I was much more impressed by OLED TVs. Maybe 4K TVs have improved since then, though.

The main thing that makes all the difference is HDR, not exactly 4K.

Having a 4k is awesome, great to have a box that takes advantage of it too. I'm glad they got pretty affordable fast.
