How did you do them? I toss them in olive oil and seasoning. I usually cook them in my cast iron skillet with some butter. Being Vegan, I do not know what you would substitute.

I did some in a pan in olive oil and garlic powder and I also did the same in the air fryer. They just weren't crisped through, like still soft and a bit chewy in the middle.

No one around here does it LOL. I also make an onion potato salad and use them as a topping. Crunched up in meatloaf is good too!

It is fabulous! When I make it that way I mix French onion soup mix in cream and sour cream. It is my youngest daughters favorite!
