Before anyone puts me down, these are free weights and not cable. I put weights up after 10 days, I have 4 rest days. Warmup exercises get .5kg extra, while the others get 1-1.50kg - 2.50kg.
Shoulders
Concentration Curls, 2.2kg 15 reps 2 sets
Lateral Raises, 5.4kg 15 reps 2 sets
Triceps, 10.9kg 15 reps 2 sets
Shrug, 15.6kg 20 reps 2 sets
Military Press, 18.1kg 15 reps 2 sets
REST DAY
Chest
Spellcaster, 5.4kg 10 reps 2 sets
Bent Over Row, 8.4kg 15 reps 2 sets
Flies, 10.4kg 10 reps 4 sets
Bench Press, 18.1kg 15 reps 3 sets
Incline Bench Press, 18.1kg 15 reps 3 sets
REST DAY
Legs
Farmer Walk, 5.9kg 2 sets
EZ Curls, 9kg 15 reps 2 sets
Good Mornings, 10.6kg 15 reps 2 sets
Squats 10.6kg 20 reps 2 sets
Stiff Dead Leg Lift, 10.9kg 15 reps 2 sets

I rest every third day. I worked out 19 days in November, 20 days in December and 20 days in January. I was so sore that I took all of February off. I'm back in routine now since March started.

Asked before if his lifting was really this light in pounds but got no answer. I curl 35 pounds on each side. To Vlad I probably train like a bum.
