I rest every third day. I worked out 19 days in November, 20 days in December and 20 days in January. I was so sore that I took all of February off. I'm back in routine now since March started.

Asked before if his lifting was really this light in pounds but got no answer. I curl 35 pounds on each side. To Vlad I probably train like a bum.
