Low carb high protein?

What works is not eating more calories than you burn. There's nothing else that matters.
You don't need to worry about carbs or proteins or other macros unless you're trying to get into single digit fat %. -

It works, but only because it's a low calorie diet, and only for a while. After a few weeks, your metabolism adjusts to it and you stop losing weight.
It's an okay diet if you only need to lose a few lbs. -

I eat 200g protein per day but high carb too as I go to the gym every day, sometimes twice a day. Running sans carbs is grim.
I don't really pay attention to the fat content I have.
You're not interested in bettering yourself though so these are lost words.
