Low carb high protein?

It works, but only because it's a low calorie diet, and only for a while. After a few weeks, your metabolism adjusts to it and you stop losing weight.
It's an okay diet if you only need to lose a few lbs. -

I eat 200g protein per day but high carb too as I go to the gym every day, sometimes twice a day. Running sans carbs is grim.
I don't really pay attention to the fat content I have.
You're not interested in bettering yourself though so these are lost words.

I drink a lot less than I used to and have largely replaced alcohol with the gym. I think my record recently was something like 22 gym sessions in 12 days.
I absolutely love working out until I'm ready to collapse, listening to heavy tunes and the dopamine buzz you get.

I'm trying to get my protein through food, but I know that I still need to supplement with a protein powder. I used to have this great recipe for no-bake refrigerated chocolate & peanut butter oatmeal cookies that used plain protein powder, oats, cacao, peanut butter… I need to look for that recipe. The cookies were incredibly delicious and only used those ingredients. You'd just put scoops out on a waxed or paper sheet, pop them in the fridge overnight, and they were ready to eat. Pretty healthy, too! It's a great way to get some of that protein in.
Now I have a hankering!!

I have the USN whey protein salted caramel. I have 100g of it most days, which probably isn't ideal.
I have 300ml semi-skimmed milk sometimes with it, but need to factor it into my daily cals
