Achilles' reply is obviously a troll, but I'm still going to reply for beep and giggles. I suggest you turn off your browser right now, before I carefully explain how much of a beep idiot you are.
"Atheists have small dicks, low iqs, and ugly vaginas."
Very funny. As for the IQ part, at least we don't believe creationism even though evolution has been proven true decades ago.
"They like to blame god for not being perfect."
Isn't the whole point of atheists that they do not believe in any gods?
"Atheists and Liberals go together like glue."
This comment makes no sense whatsoever. Liberal, in other words, got its bad name because of a series of racial, sexual, and global bogeymen that dont frighten Americans nearly as much anymore.
"You beep ruined our Country and you're the reason why Murderers exist."
On the contrary. How come we ruined your country? We haven't done anything to wrong you. And as for the murdering part, isn't the largest reason for all the wars in the history of humanity religion? And aren't almost all of those mentally ill murderers thinking they are doing their things for god? Also, many inventors and engineers that have built devices and inventions you're using were atheists.
The rest of your message is filled with insulting atheists without a reason, prejudice and threatening. I thought Jesus said in his teachings that you should love others like he loved you, take care of them and that you shouldn't judge them, even if they are gay, worship other gods or don't worship any god. If you think you're going to heaven with your behavior, I have bad news for you.
And more than ever, this video is relevant: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5hfYJsQAhl0

If anything, evolution has been more or less proven to be false. If it was a fact, we'd have fossil records of "missing links" between every species and the next. For example, if the giraffe was really a descendant of the antilope, we would have fossils of intermediate forms with progressively higher necks. There are none.
Evolutionists concentrate on the "missing link" between apes and humans, when all they have is a handful of deformed specimens, which were probably diseased individuals to begin with. If these "ape-men" were more "fit" to survive than apes, then how come there are still apes, and not a single one of these ape-men?
Also, how did the first living cell come into existence? Even the simplest cell, such as the e.coli bacteria, is
      extremely
complex. Next to it, the most advanced man-made computer is nothing but sticks and stones. Just look up how DNA works, which is present even in bacteria - a very complicated and powerful mechanism.
That's just a few of the serious flaws in the theory of evolution. Also, if it's a proven fact, why do evolutionists still disagree about fundamental aspects of it?

I'm not even going to reply to this because of the ridiculousness. I suggest for you to read this link:

Ok, then please explain to me how the first living cell popped into existence.
and yeah, i've read that whole evolution article on wikipedia, which is a pro-evolutionist web site anyway. But even they won't censor or ban an article unless it directly threatens their dogma of evolution. However, it's not very hard to put 2 + 2 together from the facts that are found even on their site. Just read their article on how DNA works - which is present even in bacteria, like e.coli - one of the simplest life forms known to exist.
btw, take a look at these:

And Buybul is undoubtedly 100% truth and accurate According to classical christian apologist fallacy "you can't prove there's no gawd", you can't argue evolution is false either. If your bearded bloodthirsty space monster is "probable" and "scientifically relevant" "theory", then anything goes. And if take more critical aspect, then you can kiss goodbye to your bronze age mythologies BEFORE we start

Trying to bring this back on topic
He does say some pretty sacrilegious things in his Bible games review. And I don't think a Christian would come up with Super Mecha Death Christ. But we can't be sure because he has never publicly stated one way or the other.
The best clue we have is actually from his wife's twitter account, where she describes herself as a "Wine & Spirit Importer, Blogger, Wife, Sister, Daughter,
              Atheist
, Lover of all things Sci Fi & Sport, Wine Devotee, Fashion Enthusiast, Violet Ashes 5b4Gardener"
So we know for a fact his wife is an Atheist. That probably means James is either an Agnostic or Atheist, or at the least non-religious. It's unlikely someone who is very religious would marry an Atheist.

That twitter you quoted is not his wife. There is more than one April Rolfe in the world.

Personally, I don't care if he's irreligious or not. He obviously isn't obsessed with the issue of religion, nor does he hold religious people in contempt. He just wants to make comedy. He's good in my book (I'm a Christian).

Connsidering he says "F'ing Jesus" and such every video, I highly doubt he is Christian.

Why does it matter if he's an atheist or not?

Well, he appears to be somewhat intelligent, so I would say: yes, most likely.
