Hellboy, Krauss, and Abe stand on a roof. Hellboy is intimidated by Krauss' self confidence. Implying Krauss is a German NAZI, Hellboy asks:
Hellboy: "Mr. beep sir?"
Dr. Krauss: "Krauss, agent, with a double ess." (holding up two fingers)
Hellboy: "SS, right" (sarcastically) -

For me it's when Hellboy was destroying the Golden Army and he must of recalled Prof. Bloom reading him the story in the past. And he just goes
"Industerble my ass."
Earlier in the film, his child version asked Broom "What does industerble mean?" When regarding the word indestructable. -

Hellboy holds the crown, looks at it and says "All that power!" Liz looks at him and grabs the crown saying "Don't even think about it." the proceeds to melt the gold crown to a molten puddle.
