Dewey - Paco (Frank)
Louie - Luis (Lewis)
According to my parents, Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse were formerly called "Pato Pascual" and "Ratn Miguelito". Even, in Mxico exists the "Pascual Juice" whose name is based in Dondald Duck. -

And he is supposed to be South-Afrikan, not Scotish, it always bugged me when I watched the show when I was little, since I grew up reading the DonRosa stories.
When they started making the show in 1987, South Africa was boycotted by many other countries, because they still hadn't abolished the apartheid. And because of this, Disney didn't want to acknowledge South Africa, even as the home country of a villain. So they changed Flintheart Glamgold's nationality to Scotish.
By the way, do you have any idea what Fenton Crackshell's name is in Icelandic?
