    Duckworth - Bautista (translation of Baptiste, the name of Scrooge's former butler in the comics)
    Mrs. Beakley - Retained her original surname

          And he is supposed to be South-Afrikan, not Scotish, it always bugged me when I watched the show when I was little, since I grew up reading the DonRosa stories.
          When they started making the show in 1987, South Africa was boycotted by many other countries, because they still hadn't abolished the apartheid. And because of this, Disney didn't want to acknowledge South Africa, even as the home country of a villain. So they changed Flintheart Glamgold's nationality to Scotish.
          By the way, do you have any idea what Fenton Crackshell's name is in Icelandic?
          Intelligence and purity.

                Every character retained its original name except GizmoDuck, who was called "Roboduck" in that country, and the Beagle Boys' mother, who was called "Beagle Mama" instead of "Ma Beagle" as in English.

                  Fenton's Icelandic name is Andriksen.
                  Also, his Danish name is: Fenrik Klinkeg/Gizmo And (again, And meaning duck).

                      Here are the Russian names (transliterated to English letters, of course):
                      Huey = Billy
                      Dewey = Willy
                      Louie = Dilly
                      Launchpad McQuack = Zigzag McKryak ("kryak" is the sound ducks make in Russian)
                      Webby = Ponochka
                      Mrs. Beakley = Missis Klyuvdiya ("klyuv" is Russian for "beak", so it's kind of a literal translation)
                      Gyro Gearloose = Vint Razboltailo ("vint" is Russian for "screw", and "razbolt" is a root of the word which is a close translation to "loose")
                      Magica DeSpell = Magika DeGipnoz ("gipnoz" is Russian for "hypnosis")
                      Dufus = Poops
                      Gizmoduck = alternatively Technoduck, or Superkryak, or Utka-robot ("utka" is Russian for "duck")
                      Beagles = Gavs ("gav" is the sound dogs make in Russian)
                      Scrooge McDuck, Flintheart Glomgold, Duckworth, Fenton Crackshell, Bubba, Donald Duck and some others retain their English names.
