As there's never anyone else around, I sometimes just grab the cheese, peel back the plastic, take a bite, and return it to the fridge.

I love blue cheese!
I always have. Even as a kid.
It is funny though, I have a relative who is a very picky eater. Yet, one of the things this person eats and doesn't have a problem with is blue cheese. lol

I love it. Crumbles, dressing, etc. I haven't had it in a while though.
I will admit that I could probably not muster taking a huge bite out of a chunk though, lol.
